King Solomon Academy is celebrating fantastic GCSE results. After the last few years of challenges posed by the pandemic, this was the first cohort to sit external exams since 2019. Whilst the national picture for grades were corrected from the elevated school based grades of 2021, at KSA, the results were higher than any of 2019, 2020 or 2021. The cohort have done an amazing job, and we are grateful to their parents and teachers for supporting them so well.

Overall, 81% of the cohort received grades 5 or above in both English and Maths. The Maths results were particularly impressive, with 57% of grades being at or above a 7 and an average grade across all students of 6.4.

The results represent great progress since the pupils entered Secondary school.

Amongst the happy students were Nathan (below), who achieved a spectacular nine Grade 9s and three Grade 8s.
