Over the last two weeks, Year 2 have been to the National Gallery to enrich their art learning for this term and to visit one of the city's landmark attractions! We were able to wander around the gallery and make our own sketches of some of history's greatest paintings and hear the stories behind some of those pieces of art. The class of 2034 were excellent ambassadors for the school and asked thoughtful questions and made insightful comments on the different parts of the art our guides discussed with us.
