Year 4 trip to the Victoria and Albert Museum

Year 4 spent a morning last week exploring clothes, religious objects and artifacts from India, Japan, China (including the Shang Dynasty) and the Islamic Middle East in order to broaden their knowledge of Asia. Pupils learned a lot about different cultures which will be useful when reading more about the main character and her adventures in 'The Firework Maker's Daughter'.
It was a great day out, pupils were particularly engaged and learned so many interesting things!
