KSA celebrated excellent GCSE results over the last three years, consistently placing it in the top 10 comprehensive schools in the country. Consistently, 75% of students also passed the EBacc – a measure of the key academic subjects at GCSE. Our progress score in 2016 placed us 7th in the country.
The results are the first step for the school in achieving its mission, to prepare all of its pupils for success at university and beyond, irrespective of their starting point. The curriculum is academically rigorous, preparing pupils for success at A-level and university study. 95% of pupils achieved B or above in English Literature. 75% of pupils successfully studied triple sciences.
Back in September 2014, King Solomon Academy was featured on BBC news because of the impressive results from KSA's first cohort.
