Year 7 - Shakespeare Theatre Visit
On Thursday 28th April, students from Year 7 went to the Rudolf Steiner Theatre to watch a play called The Tempest. Because Year 7 are putting on our own performance of The Tempest on the 19th May, we wanted to see how different performers bought the play to life. When I watched the play, it was brilliant because there were a lot of funny moments that kept it interesting. I also really enjoyed seeing how they chose to design their set and costumes, and the music they chose. At the end of the play, we got to meet the cast and directors and ask them questions about their character and roles. It definitely gave us lots inspiration and ideas for our own production!
